Badger Ridge Equestrian Pricing and Cancellation Policy
We are so excited to have you riding with us! Due to our limited riding spots available, we ask you to make a commitment to a weekly lesson. Packages of 4 are $250. Here is what is to be expected:
1. We will set you up with a standing weekly lesson time. If this time is interrupted by weather, we will find a make-up slot for you
2. Every rider must take their 4 lessons consecutively/weekly or you relinquish your remaining lesson monies for the package
3. New lesson packages are due on the day of your last lesson in a package and will be set to auto-pay. If you do not wish to renew your package, please let Alison know before your last lesson in a package to avoid auto withdrawal. There are NO REFUNDS if you fail to cancel your package prior to payment date.
4. Any additional lessons above the 4 already paid for will be $62.50/lesson paid for at time of lesson and only available if schedule allows
a. Due to weather and make-up lesson is scheduled, no charge
b. Within 48 hours of scheduled lesson time and make-up lesson scheduled, no charge
c. Within 24 hours and make-up lesson scheduled, $20 cancellation charge paid by Cash or Venmo
d. Within 8 hour of lesson time, charged full price and no make-up lesson given (special considerations for extreme emergencies)
